Football, well-told. Cornerflick is an independent publication built around the 2026 World Cup and the global game.
Our story
Cornerflick started with four sports lovers who were tired of football coverage that read like a scrolling feed. We wanted a dossier — every team, player, stadium and match given a real page, shaped by people who watch the game closely and write about it carefully.
Today that idea is a newsroom of ten reporters and editors spread across the confederations, backed by live data and a strict editorial line. We don’t chase rumours; we explain the game.
