Cookies

A plain-English summary of the cookies we use and the control you have over them.

Cookies are small text files a site stores on your device. We keep our use minimal and never use cookies to build advertising profiles. This policy sits alongside our privacy policy.

The cookies we use

  • Essential. Needed for the site to work — e.g. remembering basic preferences and keeping the service secure. These can’t be switched off without breaking functionality.
  • Analytics (aggregate). Help us understand, in aggregate, which pages are read so we can improve them. They don’t identify you personally.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If that ever changes, we’ll update this page and ask for consent where the law requires it.

Third-party cookies

Some functionality (e.g. analytics, or embedded video and social posts) may set cookies from third parties. Those providers process data under their own policies; an embed only loads when the page containing it does.

Managing cookies

You’re in control. Every major browser lets you view, block, or delete cookies — check its “Privacy” or “Cookies” settings. You can also browse in a private/incognito window. Blocking analytics cookies won’t stop you reading Cornerflick; blocking essential cookies may break some features. We honour “Do Not Track” signals where supported.
