Al Hilal are moving towards a double Premier League raid, with deals for Gabriel Martinelli and Ollie Watkins said to be in the final stages.
Martinelli talks near completion
Reports from Saudi Arabia say talks over Martinelli are close to being wrapped up, with Arsenal and Al Hilal working on a deal worth around £58m, or close to €59m in some reports. The Brazil winger has also travelled to Riyadh to complete the final steps of the move.
Martinelli has been at Arsenal since 2019 and became a key part of their attack, using his pace, one-on-one ability and left-sided running to stretch defences.
Watkins agreement also advanced
According to talkSPORT, Al Hilal and Aston Villa have reached an agreement for Watkins at about £51m, and the striker had already agreed personal terms with the Saudi club.
Watkins has scored 108 goals in 278 games for Villa and has become one of the Premier League's most dangerous forwards during his spell at the club. Villa, meanwhile, have moved for Chelsea's Nicolas Jackson as they prepare for the possibility of losing him.
The combined value of the two transfers could reach about £110m, underlining the scale of Al Hilal's summer business.
