Barcelona’s 6-1 win over Alavés took Hansi Flick to 100 victories as head coach, a milestone he reached in just 131 matches.
A record pace
According to Barcelona’s official figures, only Luis Enrique got to 100 wins faster, doing it in 126 games. Pep Guardiola needed 139 matches. Flick now has 100 wins, 10 draws and 21 defeats since arriving at the club in the summer of 2024.
That record gives him a win rate of 76.33 per cent, which the club says is the highest of any manager in its history.
Where the wins have come from
Flick’s breakdown across competitions shows 69 league wins, 18 in the Champions League, nine in the Copa del Rey and four in the Spanish Super Cup. Barcelona have won 44 official matches in each of his first two full seasons, and have started this campaign with 12 wins from 14 games.
