Erling Haaland became the fastest player in Premier League history to reach 100 non-penalty goals as Manchester City beat Ipswich 3-2 at home.
Haaland takes the record
The Norway striker reached the milestone in his 139th league appearance, beating Harry Kane's previous record of 168 matches. City used the win to move on from a heavy defeat by Paris Saint-Germain.
Haaland had already become the quickest forward to 100 Premier League goals in December 2025. He has now scored 120 times in 139 league games, which leaves him level with Steven Gerrard in 23rd place on the division's all-time scoring list.
Next targets on the scoring list
He is one goal behind Romelu Lukaku and three short of the 123-goal mark shared by Raheem Sterling and Dwight Yorke.
