Harry Kane has reached 11 England goals in 2026 after scoring twice in the 7-0 win over Croatia in the Nations League.
Record year for England captain
Kane had already scored against the Czech Republic and Spain in this international window. That took him past 10 goals for the year and made him the first player in England men’s history to score at least 10 times in three different calendar years.
He also reached double figures for England in 2019, when he scored 12, and again in 2021, when he scored 16. His total for 2021 included four goals at Euro 2020.
More chances to extend the tally
England have one more fixture in the current window, against the Czech Republic on Tuesday night, before two more meetings with Croatia and Spain in the November window.
Kane has scored twice against Croatia in 2026 and once each against the Czech Republic and Spain. He also found the net against Mexico, the Congo, Panama and Croatia at the World Cup, plus New Zealand in a pre-tournament friendly.
His 11-goal return leaves him two short of his personal best for a calendar year with England, set in 2019.
