Manchester City are considering a late move for Everton forward Iliman Ndiaye, according to transfer reporter Ben Jacobs.
City explore attacking options
Jacobs said City have shown interest in Ndiaye and are assessing his situation as the summer window reaches its final days. Everton are said to want about £80 million for the Senegal international.
Ndiaye joined Everton from Marseille in summer 2024 on a five-year deal and became one of David Moyes's key attacking players last season. His ability to play in several forward roles has also drawn attention from other Premier League clubs.
City's interest comes after recent changes in their attack and the departure of Savinho, leaving them looking to add more options up front.
Arsenal interest had already emerged
Ndiaye has also previously been linked with Arsenal, with City now described as another serious potential suitor.
With the deadline approaching, the question is whether City would be prepared to meet Everton's asking price for the 25-year-old.
