Olise was named the best player in the France-Senegal match.

Michael Olise was named man of the match after France's 3-1 win over Senegal in the 2026 World Cup group stage.

France faced the African champions at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey in one of the pick of the group games, with kick-off at 10:30pm.

The result gave Les Bleus another important victory in the tournament, and Olise's display was recognised after he played a major part in the win.
