Austria coach: Spain will win the World Cup

Ralf Rangnick said Spain may go on to win the World Cup after watching his side lose to La Roja.

Speaking after the defeat, the Austria manager said Spain made the contest extremely difficult and did not make a single mistake. He added that Spain produced an outstanding display on the day.

Rangnick went further, suggesting Austria had not only faced the European champions but possibly the next World Cup winners as well. He described Spain as an excellent team and said that, if they can maintain that level, they will become even harder for any opponent to beat.

He also stressed that keeping that standard will not be easy, but said Spain had shown enough to mark them out as a serious force.
