Emmen vs Den Bosch 0-5

Den Bosch left De Oude Meerdijk with a 5-0 win after taking control early and stretching it in the second half. Kevin Monzialo opened the scoring in the 5th minute and Den Bosch never let Emmen back into the game.

Monzialo was set up by Devon Findell·De Corte for the opener, and Findell·De Corte made it 2-0 himself in the 29th minute. Emmen went in at the break trailing 2-0.

Jeffry Fortes made it 3-0 in the 63rd minute from another assist by Findell·De Corte, and Monzialo scored his second of the match in the 83rd minute after being set up by Lorenzo Hoffman, who had come on in the 61st minute. Emmen did manage a late goal in the 89th minute, but it was an own goal by Y. Dedelhomme, so the score after that was 4-1 rather than 5-0. Den Bosch also made two changes on 77 minutes, while Emmen made two on 71 minutes after earlier substitutions in the 32nd and 45th minutes.

The numbers backed up the scoreline. Emmen had 57% of the possession and 493 passes to Den Bosch's 360, but Den Bosch produced 21 shots, 11 on target and 3.85 expected goals, compared with Emmen's 11 shots, 5 on target and 0.91 xG. Den Bosch also won 6 corners to 4 and had 5 saves against Emmen's 7.
