Mikel Arteta is reported to be the highest-paid manager in the 2026-27 Premier League, with an annual salary of around €15 million.
Top of the list
Reports say the Arsenal head coach moved to the top of the pay table after Pep Guardiola's departure from Manchester City. Oliver Glasner, the new Nottingham Forest manager, is said to be second on about €13 million a year.
Xabi Alonso sits third on the list, also on roughly €13 million annually. The Spaniard has left Real Madrid for Chelsea and is set for his first Premier League spell.
City and Spurs appointments
Enzo Maresca is placed fourth, with reports putting his salary at around €12 million a year after his switch from Chelsea to Manchester City, where he replaced Guardiola.
Roberto De Zerbi completes the top five, with the Tottenham manager also reported to earn about €12 million annually. The figures were published as the new Premier League season approaches.
