Colombia top Group K after draw with Portugal

Colombia reached the knockout stage of the 2026 World Cup as Group K winners after drawing with Portugal.

The two sides met in the final round of fixtures in the group, with both matches played at the same time. Colombia had started the day on six points and Portugal on four.

The result moved Colombia on to seven points and kept them top of the group. Portugal finished second on five points and also progressed to the next round.

Alireza Faghani took charge of the match and showed a yellow card to one Colombia player.
