Fans can vote on FIFA's website until 27 July for the Hyundai Goal of the Tournament.

FIFA shortlists 12 goals for World Cup award vote

FIFA has released a 12-goal shortlist for the Hyundai Goal of the Tournament at the 2026 World Cup.

The governing body picked the goals from 308 scored during the tournament and has opened a fan vote on its website to decide the winner.

Among the nominees are goals by Ferran Torres for Spain against Argentina, Jude Bellingham for England against France, Erling Haaland for Norway against Brazil and Kylian Mbappe for France against Senegal.

Lionel Messi's strike for Argentina against Algeria is also on the list, along with goals by Julian Alvarez, Sydney Lopes Cabral, Karim Alabigovic, Wilson Isidor, Elia Just, Daizen Maeda and Eldar Shah Muradov.

Fans have until 27 July to cast their vote.
