Premier League interest grows
Liverpool and Arsenal are tracking Trent Alexander-Arnold’s situation at Real Madrid, with Manchester City and Chelsea also said to have made contact over a possible move. The England defender joined Madrid from Liverpool in summer 2025, but his game time has dropped this season.
According to TEAMtalk, Alexander-Arnold is focused on staying at Real Madrid and does not have a January move on his agenda. No club has made a formal approach so far.
No winter exit planned
The report says the defender’s representatives have been looking at possible options for his future and have spoken to several English clubs. Even so, the expectation is that he will remain in Madrid through the January window.
Alexander-Arnold started more than 20 matches in his first season at the Bernabéu, but has found opportunities harder to come by this term.
