Rodri named player of the match as Spain beat Portugal

Rodri was named player of the match after Spain beat Portugal 1-0 in the World Cup last 16.

Spain secured their place in the quarter-finals as the fifth team to do so in the tournament. Rodri, who captains La Roja and plays in midfield, was chosen at the end of the match.

Spain will now face the winner of the United States v Belgium tie on Friday at 22:30.
