FIFA has confirmed the referees for the 2026 World Cup final and third-place play-off.
Slovenia’s Slavko Vinčić will take charge of the final, which kicks off at 22:30 on Sunday, 28 Tir, at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey. Spain and Argentina are set to meet in that match.
Jesús Valenzuela of Venezuela has been selected for the third-place game, where England face France. That match begins at 00:30 on Sunday, 28 Tir, at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami.
The appointments were announced by FIFA ahead of the two fixtures.
