Abbas says Salah’s next club could be decided soon

Mohamed Salah’s next move may be settled soon, according to his agent Rami Abbas, after the Egypt forward left Liverpool as a free agent this summer.

Abbas said it is still not known which club Salah will join next season, but added that an answer could come quickly. He also said his camp does not hold talks with clubs simply to create noise, especially if Salah has no intention of signing for them.

Salah made 442 appearances for Liverpool, scoring 257 goals and providing 120 assists. That return made him the club’s third-highest goalscorer in all competitions.

Reports in recent weeks have linked the 34-year-old with Atlético Madrid and Roma, while clubs in Major League Soccer and the Saudi Pro League have also been mentioned as possible destinations. With the summer transfer window open, several options remain available.
