France and Spain face each other in the World Cup semi-finals on Tuesday night in Dallas, with a place in the final at stake.
Kick-off is set for 22:30 Tehran time, 21:00 in Paris and Madrid. The winner will go through to the final on 19 July in New York-New Jersey.
France are chasing a third straight World Cup final and arrive with a perfect run through the tournament so far. Didier Deschamps's side beat Senegal, Iraq and Norway in the group stage, then saw off Sweden, Paraguay and Morocco to reach the last four.
Kylian Mbappé has led their attack, scoring eight times at the 2026 World Cup. He has 20 goals in 20 World Cup appearances overall. France have also had defensive control, conceding only two goals and keeping clean sheets in the knockout rounds.
Spain reached the semi-finals for only the third time, after finishing top of their group and then beating Austria, Portugal and Belgium. Luis de la Fuente's side have also won their last two meetings with France, in the Euro 2024 semi-final and the 2024-25 Nations League semi-final.
Their side includes Rodri, Pedri, Lamine Yamal and Nico Williams, while France are expected to start Mbappé alongside Ousmane Dembélé and Désiré Doué.
