Paris Saint-Germain were named men’s club of the year for 2026 at the Ballon d’Or ceremony in London, making it two years in a row for the French side.
Paris seal another award
The result came during the 70th Ballon d’Or ceremony at the Palladium, where PSG were recognised after a season that brought more silverware under Luis Enrique.
They won Ligue 1 and then retained the Champions League, beating Arsenal on penalties after a 1-1 draw in the final. PSG also added the UEFA Super Cup in summer 2026 after defeating Aston Villa.
Rivals in the running
PSG were up against Arsenal, Bayern Munich, Bodø/Glimt and Flamengo for the award. They had already taken the same prize last year after winning their first Champions League title, and this second straight success gives them another formal marker of their recent run of trophies.
