Real Madrid’s busy 2026 summer in the transfer market sits alongside a record financial year, with the club posting operating income of €1.221 billion for 2025-26.
Revenue surge at the Bernabéu
The rebuilt Santiago Bernabéu contributed €363 million, up 11%, as the stadium was used more broadly for concerts, non-football events, tourism and ticket sales.
Commercial income also rose, with marketing and sponsorship revenue increasing 6% to €539 million. The club’s net profit climbed 8% to €26.3 million, while EBITDA reached €287 million.
Long-term deals add stability
Real have also extended key commercial partnerships, renewing their deal with Emirates until 2031 and their agreement with Adidas until 2034. The source notes the contracts could be worth up to €100 million a year and €120 million a year respectively.
That financial base has supported an active recruitment drive, with the club linked to arrivals including Denzel Dumfries, Marc Cucurella, Bernardo Silva and Ibrahima Konaté, as well as younger talents such as Espi and Diomande.
