Spain will meet France in the first World Cup semi-final on Tuesday at 22:30.
Luis de la Fuente's side booked their place by beating Belgium in the quarter-finals. They had already edged Portugal in the last 16 thanks to Mikel Merino's 91st-minute goal, and they beat Austria 3-0 in the round of 32.
Spain also topped a chaotic group to reach the knockout rounds. Their run has kept alive the chance of reaching the World Cup final in New York on 19 July.
France arrive in the last four after a 2-0 win over Morocco on Thursday. The other semi-final takes place a day later, on Wednesday at the same time, after the remaining quarter-finals are completed.
