Harry Kane became the fastest player to reach 100 Bundesliga goals as Bayern Munich beat Union Berlin 7-0.
Record broken in 98 games
The England captain needed only 98 league matches to reach the milestone, beating Dieter Müller’s long-standing record of 129 games. Kane’s first goal against Union came from the penalty spot and brought up his century in Germany’s top flight.
He added a second later in the match with a header, taking his Bundesliga tally to 101 goals after 98 appearances. Michael Olise also played a major part in the win, scoring his first career hat-trick as Bayern ran riot.
Kane keeps up scoring pace
Kane said he was proud to reach 100 goals in his second major league, after already producing a prolific season in 2025/26 across club and country. He finished that campaign with 73 goals and has started the new season in the same vein.
The landmark adds another entry to a career that has already seen him score heavily in the Premier League before his move to Bayern.
