Trabzonspor have made a big-money move for Mohamed Salah, with Turkish reports saying they have put a formal offer to the Egypt forward's camp.

Reporter Yagiz Oglu claimed club officials have already met Salah's representative. The reported proposal is a two-year contract on €17 million per year.
Salah is available on a free transfer after ending his seven-year spell at Liverpool at the end of last season. He left Anfield as one of the club's modern greats, having won the Premier League twice, the Champions League, the Club World Cup and the UEFA Super Cup.
Other clubs watching
Trabzonspor are not the only side interested. Besiktas previously held talks over a deal but could not reach an agreement because of financial differences.
Saudi Pro League clubs are also monitoring the 34-year-old's situation, with Al Ittihad among those keeping track of developments.
Salah now faces a decision over where to play next season, with Trabzonspor hoping their offer is enough to bring him to the Turkish Super Lig.
